HOLY SPIRIT
Hold me close—don’t let me spin
A skillful tale apart from Him
Wake me up to satan’s schemes

Or fancied ways of coping with
The constant trials, tilts, and shifts
Do keep me in Reality
With Your eyes, Lord, help me see,
Discern and learn, live Your truth
O Lord, I long to see the proof
Of what You say and who You are
Fleshed out whether causing scar,
Joy or peace, pain or sorrow,
Every moment, every hour
Clinging to the glorious Vine
Your life flowing into mine
Your thoughts coursing in my veins
Holy, reverent, freeing trains
Diverting, guiding, setting free
From self-imposed captivity
Staying present watching You
Moving only as You do
No more spinning what I like
But sacred sanctifying Life

God has been speaking “I am your Provider” and “I provide for you all your needs according to My riches in glory” and “if I care so much for the flowers how much more will I care for you?” since spring. Then He gave us circumstances to see where we knew it had be a supernatural fulfilling of overwhelming needs otherwise eeeeek! But we had to wait on Him!
For a couple weeks now (but months past His guidance to trust His providence and months after needs revealed)we’ve been seeing Him do what He says and be Who He says He is!!!! So to us right now, He is our Provider and He is faithful!!
